Terms of use
The short version: Brokly gives you sourced information to make your own decisions with — it isn't advice, and it isn't a quote. The longer version, in plain English:
What Brokly provides
Brokly publishes commercial-insurance requirements and cost benchmarks for small businesses, drawn from state filings, statutes, and other official sources, with modeled estimates labeled as such. The same data answers these pages and the Brokly tools available in AI assistants.
Information, not advice
Everything here is general information. Nothing on this site or in a tool answer is an insurance quote, a recommendation to buy or skip coverage, or legal advice — and using the site or the tools creates no client or advisory relationship. Decisions about your business's coverage are yours, made against the official sources we cite.
Accuracy and currency
Every figure carries its source and date. Filed rates, statutes, and agency rules change; where our read and the official source differ, the official source governs. We correct errors as we find them — if you spot one, write to hello@brokly.com.
Using the content
You're welcome to read, link to, quote, and cite these pages, with attribution to Brokly — that includes AI assistants reading them on your behalf. The content itself — the writing, the page structure, and the curated data compilations — is © Brokly: don't republish it in bulk, reproduce substantial portions on another site or product, or extract it as a dataset to build a competing service. The AI-assistant tools are read-only; use them through an assistant as documented on the connect page, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or misrepresent the service.
No warranties; limits on liability
The site and the tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Brokly is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information or from interruption of the service.
Changes and contact
These terms are dated June 12, 2026 and change only by being republished on this page. Questions: hello@brokly.com.
