Terms of use
The short version: Brokly is a licensed insurance brokerage — tell us about your business and a licensed advisor helps you get a quote. The coverage checker, guides, and figures on this site are sourced information, not advice or a quote. The longer version, in plain English:
What Brokly provides
Brokly Insurance Services, LLC is a licensed insurance brokerage: request a quote — through the form, a phone call, or a chat — and a licensed advisor helps you find the right coverage. Brokly also publishes sourced commercial-insurance requirements and cost benchmarks (from state filings, statutes, and other official sources) and a free coverage checker; the same data answers these pages and the Brokly tools available in AI assistants.
Information, not advice
The pages and tools here are general information. Nothing on this site or in a tool answer is an insurance quote, a recommendation to buy or skip coverage, or legal advice — and reading the site or using the tools creates no client or advisory relationship. (Requesting a quote is different — see below.) Decisions about your business's coverage are yours, made against the official sources we cite.
The coverage check
The coverage check lets you paste or upload a policy, certificate, or contract and compares what it shows against published requirements, in plain English. Its result is informational — it is not a quote, not advice, and not a determination that you are or are not covered. Your actual policy and the official sources govern; a verdict you see here is a prompt to confirm with your insurer or broker, not a substitute for them. Submit only documents you have the right to share.
Requesting a quote
When you request a quote — through the form, a phone call, or a chat — you're asking us to connect you with a licensed advisor. Brokly Insurance Services, LLC is a licensed insurance brokerage; a licensed advisor — ours or a vetted partner — follows up to discuss coverage and options. Requesting a quote is free and puts you under no obligation to buy. Any quote, pricing, coverage, or binding is provided by the licensed advisor under their own terms — not on this website, and not by the automated assistant, which only gathers your details and connects you. Provide accurate information, and only about a business you're authorized to represent.
Phone calls and text messages
If you call or are connected to our assistant, the call is handled by an automated system and may be recorded. If you opt in — on the form, a call, or a chat — a licensed advisor may text you about your quote and account at the number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Accuracy and currency
Every figure carries its source and date. Filed rates, statutes, and agency rules change; where our read and the official source differ, the official source governs. We correct errors as we find them — if you spot one, write to hello@brokly.com.
Using the content
You're welcome to read, link to, quote, and cite these pages, with attribution to Brokly — that includes AI assistants reading them on your behalf. The content itself — the writing, the page structure, and the curated data compilations — is © Brokly: don't republish it in bulk, reproduce substantial portions on another site or product, or extract it as a dataset to build a competing service. The AI-assistant tools are read-only; use them through an assistant as documented on the connect page, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or misrepresent the service.
No warranties; limits on liability
The site and the tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Brokly is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information or from interruption of the service.
